If your child brings medication with them to self-administer they must notify Nickie it must be kept safely away from the other students.

Payment for Term Classes

We are grateful for your prompt payments. Our fee structure is as follows:

Term Fees:

Invoices for the term will be issued in advance and payment details will be included on the invoices. The full amount is typically due within 14 days of the date of the invoice. The balance term fees can be paid on a fortnightly/monthly instalment plan. If required, please email to discuss this. We do not accept cash payments.

If a payment is overdue, a 10% late payment fee will be added, and your invoice will be reissued.

Should you wish to discontinue the enrolment of your child in classes, it is imperative that you inform us prior to the due date of your subsequent invoice. Failure to notify us before the issuance of your new invoice will result in incurring a $5.00 administration fee upon cancellation of your space with us.

Holiday Workshops

Invoices for Holiday Workshops will be issued in advance. Your deposit must be paid by online bank transfer within 7 WORKING DAYS of the date of the invoice. If you have reserved a space and your child is no longer able to attend the workshop please email before your deposit is due to cancel. If you do not cancel before your deposit is due, We will assume that your child is able to attend the Holiday Workshop. The deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment should be paid via online bank transfer on or before the first day of the Holiday Workshop. You can make payment in full straight away if preferred. We do not accept cash payments.

Please note, in all cases, that if a payment is overdue, a 10% late payment fee will be added, and your invoice will be reissued.

If a Holiday Workshop is cancelled by the Us, You will receive a full refund for the cancelled Holiday Workshop.

Where term or private classes are cancelled due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, parents will be notified as soon as possible. We will endeavour to offer substitute classes on specific days during the term, usually Friday afternoons. If these classes do not suit, a credit or full refund is available.
